  1. Oh, about rösti, you should try my mum’s recipe:
    Fry some pieces of bacon, a diced bell pepper, some sliced mushrooms and a chopped onion. Add (uncooked, you can even add frozen) rösti to the mix. Poor it into a oven dish and poor the following micture on top: beat 6 eggs with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Make sure this mixture covers most of the rösti mix. Put it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees celcius. Though I’m not sure if you have an oven there? You could also cook it in a pan, but you would need a low, wide pan with a lid, and it probably takes longer.
